The path to conception and the birth of a child can be challenging for most individuals and families. Yet, the birth of a child brings forth new possibilities within us, and an opportunity to live a life full of meaning and purpose that aligns with who we really are. This path is NOT easy, and is not always clear, but I can help you discover the version of yourself that you want to intentionally live out.
Despite unrealistic societal pressures that make us think we have to manage all aspects of parenthood and life on our own, I'm here to argue that we cannot manage it all on our own. We are relational beings and were never meant to parent in isolation, or to struggle through the challenges of motherhood (parenthood) alone. Social influences depict a blissful entry into parenthood and life with a newborn/toddler/preschooler, which is often not reality.
You do not need to suffer alone. I can work with you to identify solutions, tools, resources, and social supports, to bring you relief from the difficulties you are experiencing. We will collaboratively work together to get you on track to feeling like yourself again. You will get better!
